Refunds

This policy applies once you have a written enrolment for a paid Appstreamgrid desk. The public website does not take payment. If you only browsed or sent an enquiry, there is nothing to refund.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you withdraw in writing before the first live seminar of your cohort, or within 14 days of paying, whichever is later, provided you have not downloaded more than the pre-course reading pack. After the first seminar, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion: unused weeks of a multi-week desk, minus a £90 administration amount.

Timeframe to request

Send the request within 14 days of the event that triggers it (change of role, illness, or a cohort date we moved by more than seven days). Later requests are considered only where GB consumer law requires it.

Full versus partial

Full: unused desk, reading pack only. Partial: after teaching has begun, calculated on remaining seminars. Ship Clinic seats are priced as a team; if one colleague drops, we do not split the invoice unless all remaining seats also withdraw.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-day workshops after the session has started. Custom in-person clinics once travel for the instructor has been booked with your written go-ahead. Bank transfer fees charged by your own bank.

Process

Email hello@appstreamgrid.digital with the subject “Refund”, your invoice number, and whether you want cancellation of remaining seminars. We confirm in writing. Do not use the public form for payment-card details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent by the original payment method within 14 working days of our confirmation. If the original method is closed, we will ask for a GB account for a bank transfer.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat on a later desk, your choice. We are not responsible for your travel to Beeswing unless we booked it.

Exceptions

Misuse of materials, sharing login recordings, or abusive conduct may end access without refund. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not limited where they apply.
